The Board of Directors met and the 2008 Assessment is $11.50 plus .50 pipeline for a total of $12.00 per share.

The water forecast meeting was April 7 Mr. Abromovich predicted at 50% chance, we will receive .734 allotment, and at 30% chance, we will allot .829 acre feet per share. A 70% chance of .646 allotment.
